Current Whereabouts: The door leading to the Endless Green is located in Facility-3. Anyone entering ADF-3-1B are to be provided substantial supplies for at least 1 week and are to be fitted with video and communication equipment.

Description:
ADF-3-1A is a 2.8m tall oak door and oak frame. Opening the door will lead to ADF-3-1B otherwise known as 'The Endless Green.' ADF-3-1B is a sub-dimension in which appears to be an expanse of rolling hills covered in vibrant green grass. Entities and objects exist inside of ADF-3-1B and have been mapped in a 15 mile radius of the entrance, but no further. These are refereed to as 'ADF-3-2A' or 'ADF-3-2B' depending on circumstances.

10/22: Volunteer enters ADF-3-1B with video equipment, a radio, and a week's worth of food and water.

10/23: Volunteer notices ADF-3-2A watching him. Calls Testing staff noting on "The Watcher" this name is officially adopted for the entity.

10/24: Volunteer discovers a winding path with bones scattered on it. A wooden shed was at the end. Volunteer opened it to approximately 3,000 pairs of standard scissors. Volunteer did not take any scissors.

10/25: Volunteer found an apple tree, he ate 7 apples before continuing.

10/26: Volunteer found a pile of bones 7.9m tall. He took a sample.

10/27: Volunteer's supplies have run out and he has begun tracking back to the door.

10/28: Volunteer finds another shed, upon entrance he is met with an assumed 15,000 Cans of Lasagna. Volunteer takes some.

10/29: Volunteer makes it back to the door.

10/30: Samples are taken, Volunteer is examined and will share no emotional feedback. Volunteer refuses to give up the Lasagna and attempts to strangle Doctor ███ after he attempted to remove the Lasagna from the Volunteer. The Volunteer is unfortunately forced to be shot on the spot. Later analysis shows Volunteer has no anomalous effects, and other personnel recalled him having an obsession with lasagna.

After Action Report:
We have discovered the limit of ADF-3-2A's patience with us, 250km. ADF-3-2A threw the Volunteer's body back through the door before disappearing inside of ADF-3-1B. We recovered all his items, and albeit he said they were anomalous, they were not and did not produce any of their anomalous effects.
We think the long term affects of ADF-3-1B caused hallucinations or that they lost their anomalous properties outside of ADF-3-1B.

Test 1 'Observation Experiment'

Volunteer was sent into ADF-3-1B and instructed to stare at ADF-3-2A until not physically possible.
Volunteer had his eyelids surgically forced up prior to the test.
Volunteer began to stare at the watcher, lasting 3 days before the stitches broke.
Volunteer was removed from ADF-3-1B and questioned. He forgot most of what happened.

Test 2 'Termination Attempt D'

Volunteer team of 3 were sent into ADF-3-1B with a variety of firearms, blades, and other weapons.
The Volunteers were instructed to attempt to terminate ADF-3-2A.
After just 30 seconds of attack, all 3 Volunteers were mutilated by ADF-3-2A in 0.8 second and thrown back to the Foundation Staff.
Foundation Personnel concluded ADF-3-2A is unable to be terminated inside of ADF-3-1B without unacceptable collateral damage.
