Current Whereabouts: The sole component of ADF-99 accessible for observation is designated ADF-99-1, localized to a single closed universe positioned at coordinate-zero of the Multiverse, henceforth referred to as the Point of Origin. All remaining mass/data comprising ADF-99 is confirmed to exist external to Multiversal boundaries. This portion is classified as permanently unreachable under current physical, metaphysical, and anomalous methodologies, and is not expected to become accessible under any theoretical framework presently held by ADR staff, Angelic entities, or anomalous consultation. Attempts to model ADF-99-1's internal structure using conventional or anomalous imaging have failed to produce consistent results across trials. Subjects report perceiving distinct, non-repeating visual phenomena when exposed to available data; no two recorded accounts have matched. This is presumed to be a product of insufficient human sensory bandwidth rather than instability in ADF-99-1 itself.

His form is incomprehensible, as he does not exist in the dimension of space. He spans from 1D to 31208316738D. Your brain, when protected, defaults to a constantly shifting, infinitely sized mess of colors and shapes.

Current data suggests ADF-99-1 does not originate from, nor remain confined to, our Multiverse, but instead exists as a singular presence distributed across a plurality of Multiversal structures; the precise number of which we are currently unable to determine and assess future determination as non-viable under present constraints. Within each such structure, we have found no observable ceiling to his authority or capacity to act. Whether this reflects a true absence of limitation, or simply the limitation of our own ability to detect one, remains, as with much of this file, an open question.
