The following proposal is to be reviewed by Site Director Kaklinski and ADR Team Member Lazar. This is Senior Researcher Benjamin's Nuclear Detonation Proposal for ADF-39, The Permian Siphon-Monolith.
Green Light Detonation
Nuclear detonation is to be considered under any of the following circumstances:
— ADF-39-1 begins moving substantially from its current position.
— ADF-39-2 dangerous instances begin exiting ADF-39-1 in uncontrolled numbers.
— Facility 39 is overrun and cannot maintain operational status.
— ADF-39-1 demonstrates environmental dominance extending beyond its current basin.
ADF-39-1 is, at its core, still a biological organism. If left unchecked under the above conditions, it will continue to expand into and dominate surrounding environments. Conventional containment is not viable at that scale. Nuclear detonation is assessed as the most reliable method of termination currently available to ADR.
Execution of this protocol requires sign-off from Site Director Kaklinski and at minimum Two ADR Team Members. Unilateral detonation is not authorized under any circumstance.
