ADF-4, also referred by ADR staff as "The Miracle Cap" is an anomalous Brazilian Tarp Hat discovered in The Araucaria moist forests on . The hat has shown to be indestructible to all means of destruction possible by man kind, including but not limited to:

• Fire
• Water
• Blunt Force
• and more.

When any anomalous objects or organisms come into contact with the inside liner of ADF-4, ADF-4 will counterbalance their anomalous effects or negative properties, effectively removing them as long as the inside liner is still in contact with the anomaly. Once the 2 are seperated, ADF-4's counterbalance will disappear, allowing the anomaly to become anomalous again.

ADF-8:
When talking about supercalifragilisticexpialidocious ADF-8, personnel never reported an urge to say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, though after ADF-4 was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious removed, the recording of the supercalifragilisticexpialidocious conversation and this log were supercalifragilisticexpialidocious still tampered with, so ADF-4 can supercalifragilisticexpialidocious only subdue the effect while supercalifragilisticexpialidocious currently on ADF-8.

ADF-20:
ADF-4 was placed on top of ADF-20, the person remained fine underneath. Unfortunately, ADF-20's shape caused the hat to fall off. Casualties: 1.

ADF-10:
When ADF-4 was placed on top of ADF-10's central eye, ADF-10 said "This useless piece of garbage shall be gone." and proceeded to delete ADF-4 from the existence of reality, after realizing its mistake, it restored ADF-4 and gave all personnel involved a 13.5¹ Pack of Coca Cola.
