ADF-4, also referred by ADR staff as "The Miracle Cap" is an anomalous Brazilian Tarp Hat discovered in The Araucaria moist forests. The hat has shown to be indestructible to all means of destruction possible by man kind, including but not limited to:
- Fire
- Water
- Blunt Force
- and more.
When any anomalous objects or organisms come into contact with the inside liner of ADF-4, ADF-4 will counterbalance their anomalous effects or negative properties, effectively removing them as long as the inside liner is still in contact with the anomaly. Once the 2 are seperated, ADF-4's counterbalance will disappear, allowing the anomaly to become anomalous again.
