Information
Facility-21 was IARA's Low maintenance facility in Germany used to contain Low or Medium Anomalies due to this the facility was understaffed, underfunded and had numerous security flaws.

On April 13th, during a test on IA-0012 conducted by Junior Researcher ██████, the researcher sketched a figure resembling an angel. When the drawing was finished, an entity appeared, composed of a large eyeball and two rotating golden rings with holes in a line-like formation. Within two seconds, the East-wing of the facility was destroyed, alongside the surrounding area.
"It's just ingrained in my memory. We heard a loud bang, and I just saw my staff cry and puke blood. Seconds later, I just heard a pop; their heads [REDACTED] exploded. I looked at my secretary and she straight up combusted! The smell of smoke and burning bodies filled the room. And I saw the thing with its eyes… oh god, its eyes, just watching me. I don't know if it was malice or confusion when it was looking at me. When those anomalies escaped, all hell broke loose. We have a saying: 'Low security doesn't mean safe.' But that fucking ball killed 10 people. We haven't spoken to that thing in a year; we thought it was inactive."

The entity itself was confused and destroyed the facility out of self-defense. The entity seems to be of divine origin but is not related to any Abrahamic or standard religion. However, it does say it came from "Heaven".
